Who will I be talking to on the call?

You'll be speaking directly with someone from the Cross Globe Marketing team — not a sales bot or a generic scheduling assistant. We use the call to understand your goals and see if we're a good fit.

Is this call free?

Yes. There's no cost and no obligation — it's a conversation to understand what you're building and whether we can help.

How do I join the call?

The moment your booking is confirmed, you'll get an email with a real Google Meet link — just click it at the scheduled time, no app or account needed.

Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes — just reply to your confirmation email and we'll sort out a new time. If your plans change, the earlier you let us know, the more slots stay open for other times.

How far in advance can I book?

You can book anywhere from a few hours out (we ask for a little notice) up to the next 10 days. If nothing works for you, email us directly and we'll find a time.

What should I prepare before the call?

Nothing formal — just a rough sense of what you're working on and what "success" would look like. If you have a website, product, or current marketing setup, having it handy helps but isn't required.

What timezone are the available slots shown in?
